- I'm always being to told to make a visual diary of images and objects that inspire me and that eventually evolve into a painting or work on paper. Join me as I share and pass on things and ideas that make me stop, wonder and smile as well as pieces that are created by me in my studio. It will also serve as an artists journal- the many other things that make me feel alive and productive; like music, performances, family, friends even food. Most importantly, other artists out there; be you young, old, just learning, experienced or professional. Why do we paint, create, write, sing and dance? For me it's a passion-i actually love the "doing" of painting or drawing-forget the outcome. I would love to hear from you...the journey is everything. Emily
